How come people think I’m gay because I talk about getting fashion accessories for my wife ?

Asked a question in the marriage & divorce section on getting fashion accessories for my wife only to find myself getting bashed on and called gay. Why do they think I’m gay when I Say I’m Getting them for My Wife ???
