What I am meaning by:
“Affordable”: $30 or less.
“Fashion-Forward”: has current season’s trends, as well as maybe a projection of the seasons to come.

seriously tho: EBAY. I found a fabulous dress for a wedding, new with tags, for 9.00. You have to be patient however and cannot return the item. Thats the downside.
Try Forever 21. They are super cute and have great deals.
