glamourdaze.blogspot.com and retrocalendar.com A beautiful rare archive fashion footage in two strip color from 1932 featuring the latest Paris and Chanel inspired designs in womens clothing. Originally broadcast in movie theatres by the Fashion Features Studio in a series of newsreel commercials through the late 1920s and on into the 1930′s. Priceless.

Appears to be the early-thirties two-strip color before the 3 strip was perfected…
The sound quality is excellent, without the usual crackle and pop – did you remaster this?

Wow! This is a You tube sensation! Where do you find these technicolor jewels of fashion celluloid? The last speaking starlet is Sally Starr, who appears in my video called “When a Woman Loves A Man!” and dances in another called “Sophomore”. My footage is from her firsts talkie in 1929. This color footage of hers is a knockout! Its a shame she didnt make a bigger hit in pictures. She was a gorgeous flapper knockout! Thanks a Million! Biff
